  1. How we collect personal information and what personal information do we collect

We collect personal information from you when you provide information directly to us, for example, when you sign up to initiate our Services, request a consultation, contact us or make inquiries to our webmaster.

  • professional information such as name of clinic, practice and/or specialization, as well as medical license number

  • billing and related financial information, such as provincial billing number, speciality number, and accounts receivable information

  • remittance advice

  • information discussed during the consultation process

Like many websites, we automatically collect technical data when you visit and otherwise use our Site. Technical information we may automatically collect includes the name of the internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time you access the Site, the pages that you access and the website from which you linked directly to our Site.

  • providing our Services, including setting up OHIP billing accounts, third party billing accounts and medical billing accounts

  • setting up business accounts and consultations

If K.C. McKee uses third parties service providers, K.C. McKee requires such service providers to use similar safeguards to those used by K.C.
